hythm 108 is a brand
that sells what they refer
to as healthier snack
bars. The company
says its substantial
growth is as a result of a combination of
high quality products with a great taste
and a fresh brand that speaks to the new
generation where 'purpose, meaning and
wellbeing matter'. It also says that its
mission is to reinvent much-loved indulgent
treats in a healthier way. These do not
include processed or artificial ingredients
and are part of the free-from range in
BP stores, being both gluten-free and
dairy-free. Rhythm108 products contain
a short list of recognizable and nutritious
ingredients such as oat flour and coconut
oil, and don't contain anything nutritionally
void like margarine or palm oil. They don't
only fall into the free-from market, but offer
serious competition to traditional sugarladen alternatives.
There are four Tea Biscuit flavours in
a 160g share-bag size: Almond Biscotti,
Double-Chocolate and Hazelnut, Coconut
Cookie and Lemon and Ginger Chia.
Their Deeelicious Swiss Chocolate Bars
come in Hazelnut Praline, Sweet 'n' Salty
Almond and Super Coconut, using only
natural and organic ingredients such as
nuts, cacao butter, oat flour, quinoa and
coconut and contain no preservatives or
artificial flavourings. They have no more
than 8g sugar per bar, which are high in
