Healthy pasta pots
Pasta Nostra's authentic Italian fusilli pasta is made from natural
ingredients, using a high-quality preparation process to create a premium
product with a distinctive flavour profile. The finest natural ingredients
contribute to Pasta Nostra possessing 'clean label nutrition', as no artificial
preservatives, colourings or palm oil are used and all recipes are nonHFSS (high
fat, salt and sugar).
Pasta Nostra ('our pasta') is made with durum wheat grown and
harvested in the fields of Italy and packed into pots with all-natural
ingredients near Bologna, in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy.
The fusilli pasta is pressed through a bronze mould, called a die, then airdried
slowly to create the characteristic Pasta Nostra fusilli pasta texture,
which soaks up every drop of sauce in each of the six new recipes.
Pasta Nostra instant fusilli pasta pots are available in six flavours.
Two contain meat - the Bolognese and the Carbonara. There are
three vegetarian options: Tomato & Mozzarella; Cheese & Pepper; and
Mushroom. One is suitable for vegans - the Arrabbiata. Each recipe is 70g
and when boiling water is added to the fill line, it's a 250g serving. Per
100g, the pots are between 18 and 22g carbs, depending on the flavour.

Bonne idee?
In a consumer survey*, just more
than two out of five people agreed an
indulgent yoghurt with real fruit is
more appealing than ice cream. Well
over 7 out of 10 questioned preferred
real fruit to artificial flavourings in
their food, more than half would be
happy to serve a fruit yoghurt to
friends and family instead of
ice-cream.
About one in three people think
luxury yoghurt is more appealing as
a dessert, given the perceived health
benefits, in comparison to other
desserts; yoghurts tend to have fewer
calories than many other desserts,
such as ice cream.
As one in five people feeling
guilt after eating an entire pot of ice
cream, that figure is one in 10 after
indulging in a whole large pot of
fruit yoghurt.
Presented in new-look, widely
recyclable packaging, Bonne Maman
fruit yoghurts can be found at
Waitrose and Co-op stores, and
online at Ocado. These 450g tubs
with (RRP £3.20) are available in
five fruity flavours: Rhubarb &

Food trends are forever
evolving. From sriracha sauce,
hot honey and kimchi to butter
boards, cottage cheese and
umami, the British public
certainly like to keep mealtimes
interesting. But what remains the
same, is our love of one particular
type of cuisine…
Over the past five years, Mexican
food has been searched on average
70% more times than Asian food and
24% more than Italian food in the
UK. Tapping into this trend, Quorn is
introducing the new Quorn Cheesy
Nacho Nugget, a combo of cheese,
spice and crunch. Taking 15 mins in
the oven or 10 mins in the air fryer,
these are a quick meal, with 20g
carbs per 100g serving.
