Looking for easy Holiday appetizer ideas? What

about making Christmas tree cheese board? This

fun Christmas appetizer is ready in no time and

Ingredients:

• ½ cup fresh blueberries

• 1 handful dried cranberries

• ½ cucumber, sliced

• 1 cup red grapes

• 1 handful pomegranate seeds

• 6 sprigs fresh rosemary,

• 4 Pretzel sticks

• 2oz blue cheese

• 3oz cheddar

• 4oz Red Leicester

• 1 slice processed cheese

Norwegian Cheese Nidelven Blå entered by

Norwegian cheesemaker Gangstad Gårdsysteri

was crowned World Champion Cheese 2023 in

October. The World Champion Cheese, the highest

accolade given, rose to the top of the recordbreaking

4,502 entries in this year's World Cheese

Awards, every cheese is meticulously evaluated,

considering factors such as the appearance of the

rind and paste, the cheese's aroma, body, texture,

and most notably, its flavour and mouthfeel. The

World Champion Cheese 2023 is a handmade, semi

solid, blue mould cheese made with pasteurised

cows' milk. Named after the Trøndelag county river,

Nidelven Blå is made just two hours from the centre

of Trondheim, the host city for the 2023 World

Cheese Awards. The top 16 Super Gold cheeses

included two from the UK, Sinodun Hill from

Norton and Yarrow Cheese in Oxfordshire, and

Wigmore from Village Maid Cheese in Berkshire.
