Spicy tofu wrap, serves 2
Ingredients:
• 300 g Firm Tofu
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 2 tbsp chilli or Sriracha sauce
• 2 tbsp Oil
To serve:
• small flour tortilla wraps
• shredded lettuce
• grated carrot
• coriander
• lime
Method:
1. Cut the tofu into cubes.
2. Mix together the garlic, and chilli sauce. Pour over the tofu and leave for 10 minutes to marinade.
3. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
4. Spread the tofu and marinade over a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
5. To serve, warm the flour tortilla, load with lettuce, grated carrot, coriander. Top each tortilla with the tofu and
serve with coriander and lime.
