LIVING
One of the great things about
Pearman and the rest of the crew,
was the humour they displayed.
Knowing how awful it can be to
worry about a child with T1D, they
can still see the humanity in the
situation. These children will grow
up and, as Pearman jokes, become 'a
moody teen'. She says, "She got rather
headstrong at one point, and even
complained that the dog was 'grassing
her up' because Scoob had gone from
doing a 'high 5', to barking, because
he was being ignored by her! So then
I knew, and had to get involved."
Scoob is such a hero he was
submitted as a candidate for a Crafts
dog show award, Friend for Life,
in 2016.
Behind the scenes at the charity,
they are working extremely hard
to secure funding for further
opportunities this year. So far, the
team driven by chief executive Jane
Pearman, have secured funding to
'deliver more in 2024'. Pearman says,
"Well done everyone who has been
instrumental in bringing these new
positive changes to the charity. It
means we will be able to offer more
trainers, more services and more
puppies! You can help us to continue
to grow by helping us monthly from
as little as £5 a month."

Made for social media!
Helpfully, Hypo Hounds are very good at social
media appearances! Here are some examples.
Woof woof!
We had a fabulous day today with the ladies from The Order of
Women's Freemasons Gravesend - Joyous Light 311 chapter who
came for a talk and demonstration of our work. We are so grateful
for the amazing £425.00 donation they gave to us as a result of their
fundraising and even more grateful for their amazing feedback. We all
had such an amazing time with lots of laughter by all that attended. A
big thank you to hypo hound Dori who provided the demonstration,
and hypo hound puppy Obi that provided cuddles, along with
community support dog Leylah. Well done team!
Puppy love
In the city with the BNP Paribas Real Estate team at 40 Holborn Viaduct
as they chose us as their charity of the year (thank you to @ScottGough
for championing us once again) and then onto Capital FM for Hypo
Hound Yoda to have a sneaky cuddle with his Auntie Aimee. Yoda
particularly enjoyed helping to present and was very well behaved!"

Cozy couple
Hypo Hounds Scooby and Dori love each other and
like nothing more than snuggling up of an evening
after a busy day of sniffing! These two super sniffers
look super cosy!
